Does anyone know what dowel diameter works as a capacity limiter?
I want to make sure I grab the right size so it doesn't rattle or bind up the spring. Any quick measurements or tips?

I’d grab a 3/16 to 1/4 inch wood dowel, but double-check your tube diameter first.

Yeah, you can't go wrong with a standard 1/4" wooden dowel. It fits perfectly inside the spring without binding anything up.

Just head to any hardware store and grab a pack
