There’s something satisfying about those old military trainers. You can almost picture generations of shooters learning fundamentals behind that same rifle.

That's a great-looking trainer. The old military .22s have a lot of character and the Mossberg M44 is one of those rifles that's just as enjoyable to shoot as it is to collect. Nice piece of history.
